Themed Weekends for the Whole Family<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Viking Museum invites the whole family to themed weekends. Every other week the focus is on mythology, gods and sagas, with two themed tours at 13:30, in Swedish and English. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On odd weeks, we turn to Viking warfare, with a guided tour at 13:30 exploring weapons and battle techniques. 13:30. You can also experience demonstrations of historical crafts, such as the making of a chainmail shirt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Audio guides<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Viking Museum offers a free audio guide in ten languages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All you need is your own phone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ragnfrids Saga<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The museum\u2019s ride, Ragnfrid\u2019s Saga, takes you on an exciting adventure through 10th century Europe. The story begins at Fr\u00f6sala farm, where Ragnfrid and Harald live together with their daughter Sigrid. Harald has wasted all of the family\u2019s money and has to go out on a Viking Raid in order to win back their fortune and honor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ride lasts for eleven minutes and is available in the following languages: Swedish, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Finnish and Chinese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recommend that children under 7 years are accompanied by an adult on the ride.<\/p>\n<\/div>
