Tattoo artist Johan ”Bonk Tattoo”, from Huckleberry Tattoo, returns to The Viking Museum! Previous tattoo weekends has been a huge success and those who missed it will now have a new chance to get a Viking-style tattoo, the weekend of May 23-25. Johan tattoos smaller motifs, using traditional “poke technique”. The museum will also be holding a themed guided tour (in Swedish) about the history of tattoos, at 15.30 on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th.

Age limit for tattoo: 18.
For our smallest visitors (and for those who would like to try out a tattoo before making it permanent) Johan, in collaboration with the museum, has developed a series of temporary Viking themed tattoos, that are available for purchase in the museum shop.
