Restaurang Eld – A Nordic Restaurant on Djurgården
Eld is a chef-led waterfront restaurant located on Djurgården in Stockholm. The restaurant is deeply rooted in seasonal ingredients, refined craftsmanship, and a living connection to the Nordic landscape.
The kitchen is built on carefully selected produce; game from Swedish forests, fish and seafood from cold waters, as well as house-made and locally sourced ingredients that reflect the rhythm of the seasons.
Restaurang Eld leds av kökschef Irene Frantzen som hämtar influenser från sitt ukrainska ursprung. Med en stark personlig identitet skapar Irene en matlagning som är både precis och uttrycksfull.
Each dish is shaped with a focus on balance, intensity, and detail, where fire, fermentation, and time are central tools.

Celebrate Easter with us! Restaurang Eld offers a seasonal three-course Easter menu from March 30 to April 12. The menu is available during daytime only.

With our beautiful view over the Wasa harbor and Skeppsholmen, our beautiful facilities are perfect for parties – whether it’s a wedding, a birthday celebration or a kick-off.
The restaurant will of course help you tailor a menu after your needs and requests.
Outdoor Seating: Summer Edition
From April 1, our outdoor seating area will be open daily between 11:00 and 15:30. 11.00-15.30.
In May, we launch our outdoor menu featuring classic Swedish summer dishes.
Mead tasting with a guide
We offer mead tastings! It will be a taste journey through the history of the mythical mead that you and your company will never forget. If you have a burning interest in mead, beer or history, this deep dive into the Vikings’ favorite drink is for you.
Do-it-yourself mead tasting
If you would rather try mead on your own, you can add a mead tasting tray when you buy your entrance ticket to The Viking Museum. You can choose three kinds of mead and one braggot. An information sheet is included.
This offer is available every day and can be added as an option when purchasing your ticket online or directly at the restaurant.
Christmas dinner
Restaurant Eld presents the most atmospheric Christmas dining of the year! The dining room, overlooking the wintry views of Skeppsholmen and Wasahamnen, is decked from floor to ceiling with festive décor — complete with a magnificent Christmas tree and a tempting table of sweets.
Instead of a buffet, traditional Swedish Christmas dishes are served directly to your table in three courses, all with a modern twist. Every dish is prepared from scratch using Swedish ingredients, with a focus on game meat and sustainability.
